Request Time
To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your parcel with clear pictures of the issue.

Condition of Item
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong order placed by customer, or normal wear and tear.

Approval Process
Once we review and confirm the issue, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or suitable solution.

Shipping Charges
If the mistake is from our side (wrong or damaged product), return or exchange shipping cost will be covered by us.
